Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Duncan is seeking a CNA - Caregiver to provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and adults in need of assistance with daily living activities. Caregivers enhance clients’ quality of life while maintaining dignity, safety, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, or home care experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with medication reminders
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate daily documentation
• Follow client care plans and company policies
