Amada Senior Care - Central Houston is urgently hiring dedicated caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and veterans in the Greater Houston area. This role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and in-office orientation to get you started.

You will be part of a supportive team that values compassion, reliability, and professionalism, with travel within a 20-mile radius and opportunities for paid training and referrals as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Non-medical in-home care experience preferred (not required).
• Reliable, compassionate individuals with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius and serve various client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide medication reminders as needed (non-medical).
• Assist with mobility, errands, and appointments.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical, in-home support that helps clients remain safe and comfortable at home:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility, errands, and appointments
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Encourage independence and daily activities
