Homewatch Caregivers is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care across Fort Bend County/Richmond. Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation, with opportunities for mornings and multiple shift options.

We offer on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and resources to maintain certifications. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with a focus on building meaningful connections and improving clients’ daily lives.

Qualifications

• Reliable, initiative-taking and compassionate personality aligned with our core values.
• Experience as a caregiver in personal/home care or skilled facility.
• Clean background checks, driving records and drug tests.
• Willingness to provide excellent care for all clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship care: meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, activity engagement, transportation, medication reminders.
• Occasional personal assistance such as dressing, shower assist, etc.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Advocate for clients' health and well-being.
