Job summary

Qualifications

• A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day-to-day needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
