Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Charlotte and Lake Norman is seeking CNAs, Caregivers, and HHAs to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care in the greater Charlotte area. You will help clients live safely at home and support daily living activities.

As part of our team, you will earn competitive pay ($17–$18 per hour) with part-time, full-time, or PRN shifts, plus benefits and ongoing growth opportunities. Flexible schedules and reliable transportation are valued in this care-focused role.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification listed on the NC Registry.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current negative TB test.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.

• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

SYNERGY HomeCare is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Caregivers, and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to serve as SYNERGY Caregivers in the greater Charlotte area.
