Job summary

Southern Companions is seeking in-home caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities across Northeast Georgia. Join a family-owned agency delivering one-on-one care in clients\' homes with flexible schedules and professional development opportunities.

Starting at $16.00/hour with live-in rates of $200–$225 per day, the team receives weekly pay, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement. CNA preferred; training provided for success.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience or a CNA certification.
• Commitment to compassionate, dependable client care and confidentiality.
• CPR/First Aid certification and immunization as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide medication reminders to clients.
• Assist with errands, transportation, and appointments.
• Encourage independence while ensuring client safety.
• Accurately document client care and communicate with office staff.
