Grangeville Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia is seeking nursing assistants (CNAs) to join our team. No experience is required; we will pay for your CNA training and certification.

We offer flexible shifts from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with every other weekend off, a rotating schedule, and a $1,500 getaway bonus for picking up 24 extra shifts. Additional stipends and rewards are available.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Within 120 days of employment, completes a state-approved nursing assistant training program and becomes certified.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• No experience required—we will pay for your training!

A Nursing Assistant is a compassionate caregiver who is either currently enrolled in a CNA program or interested in beginning a career in healthcare with the goal of advancing their skills and opportunities. Nursing Assistants work alongside Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nursing staff to provide exceptional care to residents.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Licenses/Certification

• Within 120 days of employment, completes a state-approved nursing assistant training program & become certified.
• NOTE: A Nursing Assistant enrolled in a nursing program may be compensated differently based upon the clinical education received.

Experience

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Complete 16 hours of classroom education then complete skills checks for clinical areas for which job expectations include.
