River Valley Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team in Oklahoma. You will help residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and personal care, while maintaining accurate vital signs and records.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities for residents including meals and hydration.
• Support patient mobility and transfers as needed.
• Assist with personal hygiene, baths, dressing, and grooming.
• Check vital signs and record information in residents' charts.
