Qualifications

• Active TX CNA license required.
• Provide routine resident care per care plan.
• Adhere to safety policies and state/federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients per safety Policies & Procedures.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
