Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in daily activities (e.g., mobility, comfort)
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming
• Encourage social engagement and interaction among residents
• Create and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Distribute meal trays and document food/fluid intake
• Make beds and tidy residents’ personal spaces
• Perform all tasks involved in daily resident care
