Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Allied Training Program. The CNA collaborates with the nursing team to support patient comfort and well-being, performing assigned tasks under RN supervision.

Qualified candidates hold Florida CNA licensure (or are in the readiness program), and BLS certification. Prior acute care experience is preferred; candidates should be able to assist in both direct and indirect patient care and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant licensure in Florida or enrolled in JMC CNA Candidate Readiness Program.
• Must complete CNA Candidate Readiness Program and obtain state license within program timeframe.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• 2+ years acute care experience preferred.
