Job summary

Northeast Georgia Rehab Institute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This PRN As Needed role supports nursing staff with daily living activities and basic patient care in a state-of-the-art 40-bed inpatient rehab hospital.

Ideal candidates have completed an approved CNA program, are state-certified and CPR/BCLS certified, with six months of experience in acute or long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Course.
• Current State CAN Certification.
• Current CPR/BCLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides essential support to nursing staff by performing basic patient care duties, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.
• More complex duties performed under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
