Job summary

Vibra Travels is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our travel nurse team. You will support licensed nurses by assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and documenting patient care.

You will follow infection control procedures and handle nutrition and hydration tasks, while recognizing and responding to emergencies. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, a state CNA certification, and BLS certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Nursing Assistant certification in the state of employment is required.
• BLS certification from Vibra Travels-approved vendor within six months of date of hire.
• Prefer two years of Nurse Aide experience or relevant experience in lieu of education.

Job description

We are seeking a CNA to join our team!

Position Summary

Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment. Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills. Recognizes emergency situations and responds.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state ofemployment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor is required.

• Acute level hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
