Southern HealthCare Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to support the Activities Director by planning and delivering engaging resident activities in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and a constructive work environment, with opportunities to grow within a supportive leadership team that values your contribution and dedication to quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice required.
• Prior recreational activities CNA experience a plus, or experience in a Short-Term rehabilitation or Long-Term Care setting.

• Assisting the Activities Director in planning and providing an ongoing program of activities for residents and patients in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting.
