Chicopee Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a CNA to assist residents with daily living activities and personal care in a caring, family-like environment.

The role includes helping with meals, hygiene, mobility, and documentation, while upholding facility policies. A CNA license is required and one year of CNA experience is preferred; a Daily Pay option is available.

Formación

• CNA certification required or in process.
• 1 year CNA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning/ambulating residents and ensuring adequate fluids and nourishment.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance to Residents.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document Residents' food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data.

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Experience:

• CNA: 1 year (Preferred)
