Job summary

Benedictine Health System in La Crosse, WI seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care with dignity and respect. You will report condition changes to the RN/LPN and document in the POC system, while prioritizing tasks to support daily resident well-being.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality care in a non-profit senior care environment. Newly certified CNAs and experienced CNAs are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
