Kadima Healthcare is seeking a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct daily care to residents under licensed nurses in our long‑term care setting. The CNA supports activities of daily living with dignity, safety, and comfort per individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, observing changes, and promoting well‑being. Competitive pay: $23/hour base with $2 shift differential on 3PM-11PM; $5,000 sign-on bonus and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania (or eligibility).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to assigned residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs.
• Support a positive, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Promote emotional, social, and physical well-being of residents.
