Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned; observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and coworkers.
