Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking a full-time CNA to provide compassionate nursing care to our senior residents on the double weekend shift. The position requires an active Tennessee CNA certification and prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.

Base pay is complemented by a weekend premium and shift differentials where applicable. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification required.
• Prior geriatric nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to senior residents.
• Administer care to residents with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Assist residents with bathing and maintaining hygiene.
• Feeding residents and ensuring medications are taken.
• Monitor resident vital signs and overall condition.
• Work two 8-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).

$21 per hour base pay + $10 per hour double weekend premium pay + $0.75 2nd shift differential as applicable

Job Responsibilities

• As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents.
