You will work three 12-hour shifts per week.****The Work:*** Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice. Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs* Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls. Calls codes, pages, and overhead announcements as requested* Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff* Assists with keeping unit and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly**You Have:*** State of Maine Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.* Current BLS (American Heart Association).* Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.* High School graduate or equivalent.
