Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (per state requirements).
- Ability to work every other weekend.
- Strong clinical nursing assistant skills.

Responsibilities
- Ensure resident safety by following infection control policies and procedures.
- Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning.
- Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
- Encourage and empower residents to function at their highest possible level.
