Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as a certified nursing assistant.
• Perform duties per facility policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Ensure resident safety and dignity during care.

Responsibilities

• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Make beds and clean bedside furniture.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled and within reach.
• Follow Charge Nurse/Director directions for additional tasks.
