Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide high-quality care under the supervision of licensed nurses. A $2000 sign-up bonus is offered for this full-time role.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, ensure a safe and clean environment, and participate in care planning. This position welcomes entry-level CNAs and offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (PA).
• 0 years of experience; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
