Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior caregiving experience.
• NY State Certification as a Nurse’s Aide required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ambulation and transfers between bed, chair, and stretcher.
• Assist or feed residents and provide water and nourishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, change linens, and assist with bathing and hygiene.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nurse or supervisor.
