Elm Terrace Gardens in Lansdale, PA is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our continuing care community. Ready to provide daily living assistance and care in a respectful, supportive environment.

Full- and part-time positions are available with benefits after 60 days, including medical and life insurance, 403B match, and meal allowances. Join a not-for-profit Life Plan Community dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Registered in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry with nothing pending against certification.
• Skilled Nursing Experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to speak/read/write English.
• Affable and helpful attitude toward senior adults.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with feeding residents and ensure nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.
• Support the nursing team with routine tasks and patient care activities.
