Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in personal hygiene activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and weight; record intake and output information.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Adhere to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining licensure
