Job summary

The Rehabilitation Center of Independence is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily resident care on 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. This full-time role supports meals, mobility, and basic needs while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

Walk-in interviews are welcome at 1800 S Swope Dr, Independence, MO. We offer competitive wages, raises, bonuses, and same-day pay options to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA license (required).
• BLS/CPR certification.
• 6+ months CNA experience preferred.
• Compassion, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care with compassion and respect.
• Complete resident rounds at the start of shift and every 2 hours.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily comfort needs.
• Make beds, tidy bedside areas, and ensure safe, clean spaces.
• Report and document resident status to nursing team.
• Support Charge Nurse and care team as needed.
