Job summary

Dennett Rehab Center in Oakland, MD is seeking a compassionate CNA 1 to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor basic health indicators, and report changes to nursing staff while upholding dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding)
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care
• Support the facility's philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives.
