Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and document health indicators.
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff.
• Support residents’ emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect.
• Keep living areas clean and safe.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care.
