Westerly Hospital in Rhode Island seeks a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed staff, following hospital standards and procedures.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a current RI Nursing Assistant License, and BLS CPI training within 12 months of employment; hospital or nursing home experience is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

High school graduate or equivalent.
Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred. Previous behavioral health experience preferred.
Current RI Nursing Assistant License. Basic Life Support CPI training within 1 year of employment.
Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately; ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals; knowledge of basic medical terminology a plus; basic computer knowledge is a plus; ability to move or lift patients and equipment.
