Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate care in home health and community settings in Waterville, ME. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, one-to-one patient engagement, and autonomy while delivering essential daily living assistance.

You will work closely with patients, monitor vital signs, assist with feeding and hygiene, and follow a personalized care plan. A Maine CNA certification and valid driver's license are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Current State of Maine CNA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate caregiving to clients in facilities and homes.
• Assist with vital signs, feeding, personal hygiene, transfers, and ambulation.
• Follow the plan of care and coordinate with facility staff for continuity of care.
