Job summary

Canyon Home Care & Hospice is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic CNAs to join our fast-growing team. We are currently seeking Part-Time CNAs to support patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include helping patients with daily living activities, personal care and some light housekeeping. Previous home health and/or hospice experience is preferred, but not required. Reliable transportation is required and we are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must possess current state CNA and CPR certification.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate positively with patients and families.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
