Job summary

Canyon Home Care & Hospice LLC is hiring CNAs to join our compassionate team in a fast-growing home care setting. We are seeking full-time CNAs who can consistently provide high-quality patient care and support families with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily living activities and personal care, along with light housekeeping. Prior hospice or home health experience is preferred but not required; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess current state CNA and CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willing to undergo background check and provide proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide light housekeeping to support patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to coordinate care and report changes in patient condition.
