Job summary

Brave Heart Family Care Service's in Springfield, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. This full-time role involves direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance, with duties to monitor vitals and document care as per plans.

The ideal candidate holds MA CNA certification, has strong communication skills, and is reliable and punctual. Prior home care or clinical experience is preferred, CPR/First Aid is a plus.
