Job summary

Human Touch Home Care in Colorado is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide direct in-home care under RN/LPN supervision. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health status, and maintain a safe home environment.

The role is full-time or part-time, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate holds a current Colorado CNA license, has prior home health experience, and demonstrates empathy, reliability, and strong communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Experience in home healthcare preferred.
• Ability to lift/move patients safely as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care: bathing, eating, dressing, hygiene, mobility.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks: laundry, meal prep, dietary care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Aid with walking, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
• Assist with medication reminders per care plan.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and change bed linens.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nurses.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with family.

Human Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to join our home healthcare team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Your primary role will be to assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor their health status, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Qualifications:

• Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field preferred.

• Dependable and punctual with a commitment to patient care.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (pay based on experience)
