Job summary

Bristol Glen, a UMC community in Newton, NJ, is seeking a CNA to assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.

You will support independence, document care activities, assist with meals and mobility, and engage residents in daily activities. Requires a NJ CNA certification and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification required.
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care setting preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care needs.

• Conduct routine resident check-ins and provide individualized support
• Assist with meals, mobility, transfers, and adaptive equipment
• Encourage participation in daily activities and community life
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care setting (preferred)
