Job summary

Azura Living in Wisconsin’s Fox Point community is hiring compassionate CNAs for full-time and part-time roles. You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and daily activities, while providing companionship and observational care in a memory care setting.

No prior caregiving experience or certification is required; paid training and support are provided to help you succeed. Starting at $19 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required.
• No CBRF certification required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in memory care.
• Ability to observe and communicate changes in residents.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Help residents participate in meaningful daily activities
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' needs
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
• Work closely with fellow Team Members to provide compassionate memory care

Azura of Fox Point is hiring compassionate and dependable CNA's for full-time and part-time positions.

No previous caregiving experience or CBRF certification is required. We provide paid training and the support you need to succeed.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM

Scheduling

• Part-time: 1 to 2 shifts per week, plus every other weekend
• Full-time: 3 to 4 shifts per week, plus every other weekend

What You Will Do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Help residents participate in meaningful daily activities
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' needs
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
• Work closely with fellow Team Members to provide compassionate memory care
