Job summary

Complete Care at Home is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Marietta to provide one-on-one homecare for seniors, post-acute adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities. CNAs will work under a nurse-led, caregiver-first approach in Georgia’s communities.

We offer full-time, part-time, PRN, and temporary roles with day, night, and weekend shifts. Competitive pay starts at $17+ per hour with benefits, training, and advancement opportunities close to home.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia CNA License is required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background, drug, and TB screenings.
• Prior homecare or caregiving experience is required.
• Experience with IDD clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Give medication reminders and monitor safety.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with care teams.
