Twenty/20 Management is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care to residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods in Manassas, VA. The role includes hands-on care, support aligned with each resident's Personal Service Plan, and maintaining a safe, home-like environment.
Responsibilities include documenting shift updates, reporting incidents, assisting with daily living activities, promoting dining experiences, and participating in rounds with other shifts while
Provide the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. This role includes providing hands-on care, physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident’s Personal Service Plan (PSP) while maintaining a safe, comfortable home-like environment. The Caregiver is responsible for demonstrating all elements of wellness, remaining in accordance with federal, state and local standards as well as Twenty /20 Management policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents . Caregivers with a CNA endorsement/credential are expected to maintain credentials and follow certification standards along with community policies and expectations. They may also have addition al or enhanced duties assigned accordingly

Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements for senior living services (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care).
Honor resident rights and follow all established protocols for care, safety, and service delivery.
Maintain required education, certifications , and credentials.
Participate in audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives.
Promptly report any incidents or compliance concerns to the appropriate supervisor .
