Luxor Healthcare in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide compassionate care and support for residents. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, hygiene, and meal service on a 12-hour schedule with a flexible 4:3 rotation.

You will join a nursing team dedicated to resident comfort, safety, and well-being, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CNA license.
• COVID-19 vaccination as per policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents for activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Distribute meal trays and document intake.
• Make beds and keep residents' spaces clean.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Job Requirements:

• Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Missouri.
• Completed COVID-19 Vaccination or a willingness to recieve vaccination.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities for Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds & keep residents’ space clean and tidy.
• Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residents.
