Job summary

The Vivo Healthcare Meadows in Sarasota, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under licensed nurses. You will assist with ADLs, perform transfers, take vital signs, and help maintain resident confidentiality.

We offer FT positions with a $1,250 sign-on bonus, flexible shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) and a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Florida CNA certification.
• Outgoing and team-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with hygiene needs.
• Measure and record temperatures and blood pressures.
• Observe and record patients' reactions to medications and treatment.
• Practice safety and infection control policies.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to meet unit patient care needs.
• Participate in the organization and prioritization of patient and unit activities.
• Supervision is received from the nursing personnel on the unit.

Summary:

We're seeking a caring, professional, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Sarasota, FL area to perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed practical nurses. Duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting with all ADL's, ambulating and transfers, taking and recording vital signs, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of resident and facility records/information.
