Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support a female client in Decatur with daily care from 8:30am to 4:30pm, as part of a nationwide network of independent owners. Join us to provide life-energizing, non-medical assistance and companionship in clients' own homes.

You will be part of a team that values reliable, punctual, and caring service. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to be recognized for dedicated care from heart.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with providing non-medical care and companionship.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
