Job summary

The Cottages of Dartmouth is seeking a Caregiver or CNA to join our compassionate care team in Dartmouth, MA. The role offers starting pay of $18–$23 per hour and opportunities to grow within a supportive, resident-focused environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help maintain their dignity while working closely with a caring team. We emphasize teamwork, a family atmosphere, and a commitment to enhancing residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Assisted living experience in a caregiving role.
• CNA certification required or preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Implement resident care plans and document nursing services.
• Support residents to maintain dignity and quality of life through teamwork.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent, compassionate care.

A Day in The Life…

Caregivers/CNA are the main support providers to our residents. The position provides assistance to residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) with their activities of daily living, implementation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity. The position will enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile all while embracing teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
