Service Partners in Newark, CA is seeking a Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver/ Warehouse to deliver and unload finished products and assist in the warehouse. You will play a crucial role in meeting customer needs and ensuring inventory is handled safely and efficiently.

The position requires a valid CDL, at least one year of verifiable driving experience, and the ability to read English and use navigation software. Expect early start times and a mix of driving and warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001- 26,000 lbs vehicle).
• Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.
• Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as signed.

Your Responsibilities

Currently hiring a Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver/ Warehouse to deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to our customer locations.Assist in the Warehouse as needed to receive, store and distribute inventory.

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle locally.

• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.

• Excellent customer service skills- our drivers are the most important ambassadors of our company and build relationships with our customers.

• Able to read, write and understand English Language, as well as use navigation software.

• Shift schedule varies anywhere from 5:30 am to 7:00 am start.

• Assist in the warehouse 20% of the time.

• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Travel Requirements

Eighty (80%) percent of all work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle. The remainder of work activities are performed outdoors.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

$13.00 - $30.00
