Job summary

Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. (TWE) is seeking a CMT Project Manager in Sulphur, LA. You will own client relationships, supervise technician teams, and oversee projects with a focus on safety and quality in soils, concrete, and asphalt testing.

The role requires a HS diploma with 7 years of experience or a Bachelor's with 1 year, plus 2+ years in CMT. Certifications are preferred; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential. A clean LA driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma + 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree + 1 year of experience
• 2+ years of CMT (Construction Materials Testing) experience — soils, concrete, and/or asphalt testing and inspection preferred
• ACI, NICET, and/or LA DOTD certifications preferred (Concrete Field Testing, Soils, Aggregate, or related disciplines)
• Solid computer skills (MS Office and standard testing/data programs)
• Strong verbal/written communication and comfort with numbers
• Valid Louisiana Driver's License with a clean record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit for extended desk work
• Clean background check

What You'll Own
