Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related multi-disciplinary field as listed.
• Professional license not required but helpful for career progression.
• Valid driver’s license required if driving for ECS subsidiary.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
• Developing project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of CMT projects, review daily field reports, and assist with issue resolution.
• Assist with project budgeting, invoicing, change orders, and collection efforts.
• Support preparation of proposals and project documentation.
• Perform or assist with laboratory testing, soil classification, and materials evaluation.
• Support testing of soils, foundations, reinforced/post-tensioned concrete, masonry, structural steel, fireproofing, and asphalt.
• Review field reports and document project data.
• Assist with training and coordination of field staff on assigned projects.
• Perform task-based work through different project lifecycle stages.
