Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Geology.
• Licensure not required to start, but needed to progress.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiary.

Responsibilities

• Support management of CMT projects, review daily field reports, and assist with issue resolution.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, change orders, and collections.
• Prepare proposals and project documentation.
• Perform or assist laboratory testing, soil classification, and materials evaluation.
• Test soils, foundations, concrete, masonry, structural steel, fireproofing, and asphalt.
• Review field reports and document project data.
• Assist with training and coordination of field staff.
• Perform task-based work across project lifecycle from proposal to closeout.
• Communicate with project teams, contractors, and field personnel.
• Perform other technical and project support duties.
