Job summary

Atlas in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking a CMT Lab Technician I to perform laboratory testing on soils, aggregates, asphalt and concrete, supporting quality across infrastructure projects. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on learning, safety training, and a long‑term career path within Atlas’s team.

You will follow established procedures, document results, assist with lab operations, and support field or lab driving as needed.

Job Description

The CMT Lab Technician I plays a hands‑on role in ensuring the quality of construction materials used in infrastructure projects across Central Texas. Based in our Dripping Springs lab, this role supports testing of soils, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete—work that directly contributes to safe roads, durable structures, and thriving communities.
