PA Consulting’s Health Data Platforms team is a leading provider of managed software services for healthcare quality measurement and reporting. We aim to improve healthcare outcomes through innovative technology solutions and seek a skilled Product Manager to guide the development of our healthcare quality measurement and reporting solutions, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations.

Job Summary: The CMS Regulatory Specialist will ensure our software and services deliver customer value while adhering to regulations. This role involves working closely with the product team as a Product Manager, focusing on healthcare quality measurement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Product Management within a software environment and experience with client interactions, shaping investments in quality measurement beyond current requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Product Owner, defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements, identify investment areas, and incorporate into the development roadmap.
  • Stay updated on CMS regulations and industry trends to proactively address impacts on products.
  • Monitor and interpret CMS guidelines for compliance across software products.
  • Act as the primary contact for CMS inquiries and audits.
  • Provide training on CMS regulatory requirements and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in policy, regulatory affairs, IT, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in healthcare quality reporting.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a software environment.
  • Understanding of CMS quality reporting programs such as MIPS, MACRA, and HEDIS, and their regulatory expectations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Product management certification (e.g., CSPO) is advantageous.

Salary Range (Massachusetts): $100,000 - $140,000, based on experience and qualifications.
