• Monitor workload and budget responsibilities with management.
• Review associates’ work for guideline compliance and quality.
• Lead complex research and resolutions on audits and cost reports.
• Interact with internal and external audits and performance measures.
• Develop and maintain audit & reimbursement SOPs and training materials.
